Thank you for choosing Reloom. This policy explains how and when your order will be delivered.
Processing time
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days of purchase. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays in Denmark are processed the next business day. You will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number as soon as your order ships.
Shipping destinations and delivery times
We currently ship to the following regions:
- Denmark: 1–3 business days
- Rest of EU (Germany, Sweden, Netherlands, France, Spain, Italy, Belgium, Austria, Poland, Ireland, Portugal, Finland, and others): 3–7 business days
- United Kingdom, Norway, Switzerland: 5–10 business days
Delivery times are estimates and begin once the order has been dispatched. We do not currently ship outside of Europe.
Shipping costs
- Denmark: Free shipping on all orders.
- Rest of EU: Free shipping on orders over €75. Orders under €75 are charged a flat rate of €6.95.
- UK, Norway, Switzerland: Flat rate of €12.95. Please note that orders shipped outside the EU may be subject to local customs duties or VAT charges, which are the responsibility of the recipient.
Carriers
We ship with PostNord, GLS, and DHL depending on your destination. You will receive tracking details by email once your parcel is on its way.
Delays
Occasionally, deliveries may be delayed due to weather, carrier issues, or customs processing in non-EU destinations. While we cannot control these delays, we will do our best to keep you informed. If your order has not arrived within 14 business days of shipping, please contact us at hello@reloom.com and we will investigate.
Lost or damaged parcels
If your parcel arrives damaged or does not arrive at all, contact us within 14 days of the expected delivery date at hello@reloom.com. We will either resend your order or refund it in full.
Incorrect address
It is the customer's responsibility to provide an accurate shipping address. If a parcel is returned to us because of an incorrect or incomplete address, we will contact you to arrange reshipping. Reshipping costs will be charged to the customer.
